• Works with internal sales staff to review sales leads and qualify customer accounts.
• Gathers detailed customer requirements to define UPS products and services for the best solution.
• Partners with Operations to evaluate proposed solutions, monitor initial customer shipments, and modify processes ensuring customer satisfaction.

متطلبات الوظيفة

The Major Account Manager develops new revenue and maintains customer
satisfaction for his/her book of business in the selected revenue range. This
position promotes business relationships internally to identify opportunities in
sharing business leads and conducting joint sales calls. He supports customers to
ensure committed offerings are delivered. The Major Account Manager reports to
the Country Business Development Manager, Station Manager.
